This went from an idea to a signed, installable, open-source Android app in under 24 hours — research, on-device architecture, a self-hosted F-Droid release channel, and app-signing plumbing I'd never touched before.
It's an honest early release: enrolment, the live session (coloured bars, current speaker, running leader) and the report all work on-device, with no audio ever written to disk. It's young and still being tuned — in public, at the repo.
